The external business letter

Nothing reflects our self understanding more directly and more straightly than the way, how we communicate with one another - and the means, which we use for it. Therefore the business letter belongs to the central elements, which stamp the appearance of an enterprise to customers and market partners. it is one of the most important goals with the design of business stationery to examine the letter form for outdated formalisms and to consider the increasing use of PC's within the correspondence more strongly. But the attitude is still more important than the arranged form, which is expressed. And this should find its confirmation in the style of the letter.
